We feel so loved. Check out this amazing email we got from an Anime Studio customer last month!

Subject: Compliments to the Anime Studio team

This email is for the the Anime Studio team. I wasn't sure where to send it. Your website is wonderful, but you make it really hard to send compliments about your awesome product, Anime Studio Pro.

Thank you for creating an animation program that finally gets it right. I searched for such a program for about 30 years.

When it all started, I was a newly graduated art student from Wisconsin. I moved to San Jose to get warm. There I saw the first computer graphic systems and got a BSEE so I could work with them. From then until a few months ago, I worked with a dozen computer languages, including PostScript, on all kinds of computer graphics while trying to find an animation application that would work the way I wanted it to. Many times I tried writing my own, but I'm not smart enough or patient enough to do it by myself. Eventually I worked on computer games which led me into writing and pitching screenplays. Last year I decided to use what I knew about computer graphics to create animated storyboards to help me pitch my scripts.

Luckily, I found Anime Studio and have been working with it for about three months. I'm still slow, but I love it. After working with Flash and other Adobe products, it took me a while to get used to the Anime Studio way of doing things. Even though I'm still getting comfortable with it, I now have a feel for how the features work together and it's fantastic. I'm still surprised at the stunning results and probably always will be.

The only feature that still causes me problems is the Style panel. It's sometimes hard for me to understand how to create and apply styles and how to use styles effectively. The only other thing I might change is to make the icons and other control graphics look a little smoother and snappier.

From your videos, I get the impression that you've got a pretty small development and QA team. You've done an amazing job for a small team, for any size team really.

So, thanks for a great tool!

Does anybody there remember KFAT in Gilroy? I loved that radio station.

Thanks for the amazing feedback Mark - and thank you so much for allowing us to share it with the world!
